Mobile Learning is defined as the usage of mobile or wireless devices for learning on the move ( LearningCitizen.net ). This is a, relative, new term in Information Technology. The idea is : establish a community that can learn everywhere, without setting a traditional class. You just need to have a PDA or MMS-enabled handphone. Search for a learning material from internet, download it, and learn from it.
I think this is a brilliant innovation, especially for dropped-out people. They won’t be a “bad guy” anymore. They can upgrade their knowledge, dan take an advantage from mobile learning technology.
